• Facilities Maintenance Manager

San Diego Country Estates Association and San Vicente Resort is seeking a Full Time Facilities Maintenance Manager. This is a working manager “hands-on” position. The position will lead and supervise a team of three employees in the repair and maintenance of resort and association property. Candidate will have working knowledge of the multiple trades related to facilities maintenance. Examples include: safety, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, flooring, aquatic facility maintenance, and related building trades. Must have excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, MS Project) and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must have direct experience in the hospitality industry, hotels or resorts. We are looking for individuals who excel in their role and are committed to delivering an exceptional experience for our guests, owners, and team members. Salary range from $80,000 to $100,000. • Facilities Maintenance – Cross Utilize

San Diego Country Estates Association and San Vicente Resort is seeking a PT Facilities Maintenance person. This position will work with a dynamic team to perform repairs and maintenance for all facilities and amenities, including electrical, plumbing, pool systems, masonry, woodwork, painting, furnishings, and heating and cooling systems. Additionally, this position will assist other departments as needed with groundskeeping, mowing, irrigation, tractor operation, landscaping and trimming. This is a great opportunity for someone who doesn’t like to be tied to a desk, who likes to work indoors and outdoors, and tackles challenges with a positive and solution orientated approach.

Successful candidates will have at least one year of experience working in facilities maintenance, construction trades, or other similar experience. Must be able to communicate effectively and understand verbal and written instructions in English. Must pass a background check, have a valid driver’s license and be able to operate company vehicles. Must have the ability to learn how to operate riding mowers, tractors, and other heavy equipment.

This is a Part Time position that will work an average of 24 hours per week with the opportunity to flex up to 40 hours per week based on business need. Must have 4 days of unrestricted availability that includes Saturday and Sunday. The pay range for this position is $20-$25 per hour based on experience.

Now hiring Banquet Servers who possess a basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette. All candidates must have the ability to transport large trays weighing 30+ lbs. through a crowded room on a continuous basis. Knowledge of BEOs, set-up and break-down is a plus. San Vicente Resort hotel is currently seeking a Member Guest Service Attendant. The ideal candidate will be a well-organized, self-motivated person ready to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidate must be able to perform at a high level with great attention to detail. Sound judgement and excellent critical thinking skills are vital. Must be able to multi-task, work alone and make sound decisions. The position includes weekends, holidays shifts will predominantly be 2pm-10:30pm and under 20 hours per week. Must have at least 6 months’ customer service experience. Previous hotel experience a plus. $17.00 – $17.50 per hour.

The Ramona Senior Center is a nonprofit that is taking applications for 2 different positions. One is for our Meals on wheels delivery driver position for our Valley Center route. It is a part time position Monday, Wednesday & Friday 8:30-3:30 and it pays $16.00 an hour.

The second position available is for a substitute back up Meals on Wheels delivery driver. This position is also part time as needed, hours generally 8:30-3:30 at $16.00 an hour. You would be required you to eventually learn all 5 different delivery routes that we have. This position is to cover scheduled vacations and staff that call out unexpectedly for the 5 different routes.
Both positions require you to have a clean driving record and get a DMV print out upon hire. You must be 21 or older and have at least 3 years of driving experience. You must be reliable, responsible, organized and work well with seniors. You must have reliable transportation to and from work. You will be required to pass a background check, and we are a zero-tolerance organization for drugs and alcohol.
