The Ramona Motorcycle Rally is an annual event put on by the Ramona Chamber of Commerce. The purpose is to showcase the town of Ramona and bring growth to local commerce. All proceeds from the Rally are used to fund the Ramona Chamber of Commerce local school scholarships and education programs.
The Chamber of Commerce is proud to support and provide scholarships to local high school seniors to pursue their college or trade school dreams. The Chamber has supported high school shop classes with grants for materials and machinery. We are also excited to support the award-winning Montecito High construction program whose students have brought home many state championships in the National SkillsUSA program. Many of these seniors choosing to go directly into the skilled trades and build on the success and skills learned in the program have also been awarded scholarships in order to be well prepared and purchase the right tools and safety gear.
The Ramona Rally has become a weekend gathering of motorcycle enthusiasts from throughout the Southwest. It is open to all bikes and riders. Based in the rural foothills of San Diego County, riders come to enjoy the miles of great riding unique to San Diego. Motorcyclists can ride from the ocean through the mountains to the desert all in one day. The Rally is held at the town fairgrounds and rodeo arena and has become the perfect setting for racing, custom bike shows, motorcycle rodeo games, live music and vendors. The Ramona Motorcycle Rally is a good time for a good cause.
