Become a Vendor

Want to be a vendor at the Ramona Country Fair and reach thousands of visitors?

We accept applications from March to July. All vendor information needed to participate in the 2019 Ramona Country Fair can be found on this page.

Applications are currently being accepted. Vendor rates increase after July 1st 2019. 

Application Process

Our process for selecting vendors for the Ramona Country Fair include the following:

  • Space Availability
  • Application Completion
  • Uniqueness of product or service
  • Attractive booth presentation

We advise you to submit your completed application as soon as possible to streamline the vendor approval process. Although our application process is ongoing, we book vendors who have completed applications and meet all requirements as space allows. The vendor application is neither an offer or guarantee of space.


All questions on the application must be answered completely as it will be the representation of your business for the selection process. Attach all supporting and required documents as stated on the application. The list of products you are requesting to sell/display/promote/give away must be specific. Make sure you sign the application where indicated and submit your $50 deposit. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.


If a vendor is accepted, management will determine the location of your booth. Vendor locations are subject to change year to year.

Space Rental Rates

Craft Vendors – 12×12 booth rates for craft vendors start at $225 for the entire four day fair.


Commercial Vendors – 12×12 booth rates for commercial vendors start at $350 for the entire four day fair.


Food Vendors – 10×20 booth rates for food vendors start at $600 for the entire four day fair.


Discounted rates for non-profits and chamber members. Review the vendor rate sheet for details. 

Vendor Requirements

Certificate of Insurance with Additional Insured wording naming the Ramona Chamber of Commerce, Ramona Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Ramona Outdoor Community Center, Ramona Municipal Water District, and the Ramona Parks and Recreation Association. If you don’t have general liability insurance, an additional fee of $50.00 is required.


Valid copy of your California Seller’s Permit.
